On 11 June, the Bulgari Hotel Milan hosted a garden cocktail party to launch EPICUREA, a culinary event that from October 2013 through March 2014 that will offer a voyage of discovery through the latest trends in international gastronomy. The underlying concept is simple: one chef, one country.
Once a month, six young cooks who are already established on the world scene will present a menu which encapsulates their art, in collaboration with Andrea Ferrero, the resident chef at Bulgari Hotel Milan.
