Gucci Spring Summer 2014 | Milan Fashion Week
By Men's Journal Online | 19 September 2013

Gucci’s creative director Frida Giannini embraced an outing of sport luxe with artistic influences for the brand’s spring 2014 collection shown during the first day of Milan Fashion Week. Athletic staples such as mesh t-shirts, jogging pants and basketball shorts made an appearance on the runway.

The street style selection was given a high fashion edge with bold patterns emulating the work of Art Nouveau artist Erté. When not wearing sporty designs, the Gucci woman wears kimono robes or sheer dresses in easy silhouettes.
