The new High Jewellery collection from CHANEL, "Les Perles de CHANEL" unveiled earlier this year during Haute Couture Week in Paris, has made its way to Singapore in an exclusive showcase to VIP customers and members of the media. In an exquisite and highly appropriate setting of the Ocean Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa, the jewellery collection with pearls as the centerpiece element was set against an open window into the aquatic sealife.
Necklaces, sautoirs, rings, bracelets, earrings and brooches, containing iconic CHANEL emblems like the camellia, lion, constellations and comets, are distinguished via the collection with the beauty and diversity of pearls, sourced from the South Seas, fresh water, Tahiti and Japan. As such, the cultured pearls come in a variety of dimensions, shapes, colours and orients according to origin.
Whites, grey, blacks, warmly nuanced golds and pinks pearls are combined perfectly with diamonds, yellow diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines, aquamarines and amethysts, accentuated with yellow and white gold.
"Les Perles de CHANEL" in all its exquisiteness has truly defined the meaning of luxury, tapping on the vast expanse of the Ocean, and the neverending inspiration from its founder, Coco Chanel.
