Summer Sojourns in Style with Burberry Spring Summer 2015 Collection
By SENATUS News | 18 June 2014

Held during the 'London Collections: Men' event which took place from 15 to 17 June, Christopher Bailey’s Spring/Summer 2015 Menswear collection for Burberry was inspired by the late British travel writer, Bruce Chatwin and featured sunbeaten tones of yellows, russets, faded greens and azure blues. Signature looks included the double-breasted field trenches, layered over slim-cut denim jackets and cropped coloured trousers.

There were also over-sized dropped shoulder duffle coats and printed T-shirts, topped off with a floppy felt hats to complete the look. Printed trainers, pastel suits, cropped trousers and denim jackets also present daring summer combinations for next year.

During the show, models walked down a hand-painted runway to the live performance of Benj Clementine, several of them sporting vintage book cover-inspired satchels along with colourful sneakers.
