BALMAIN for H&M Announced at 2015 Billboard Music Awards
By SENATUS News | 18 May 2015

Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner pose alongside Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, dressed in sneak peeks of the new Balmain for H&M collection that launches on November 5, 2015.

For the fast-fashion retailer hailing from Sweden, these designer collaboration series is now in its 11th year. Rousteing follows in the footsteps of a long line of high-profile collaborators, from Karl Lagerfeld in 2004 to Alexander Wang in 2014. His collection for H&M will include women’s and men’s clothes, shoes, and accessories.

“I want to talk to my generation: this is my main aim as a designer. H&M allows me the unique possibility of bringing everyone into the world of Balmain, get a piece of the dream and create a global #HMBalmaination: a movement of togetherness, fueled on a hashtag. The collaboration felt extremely natural to me: H&M is a brand that everybody connects to. It calls for unity, and I am all for it,” stated Rousteing.
