Celine Dion on occasion of the 20th anniversary of the movie Titanic, performed its titular song 'My Heart Will Go On' at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards.
For the performance, she donned a Stephane Rolland haute couture gown, with beautifully sculptured sleeves and plunging v-neck and embellished bodice.
