Parmigiani Fleurier Bugatti Type 390
By SENATUS Magazine | 24 October 2017

Inspired by the ultimate supercar - Bugatti Chiron, the exclusive Parmigiani Fleurier Bugatti Type 390 is unveiled today. This exceptional model is produced in two 10-piece limited editions.

While this wristwatch tells the time via classical hands, normally rotating once per hour or once every 12 hours, that’s the only thing classical about it. The movement's most distinctive features are its patented triangular barrel coupling system and its inclusion of the world’s smallest ever ball bearing. At its heart sits the cylindrical mechanical calibre PF390 with a flying tourbillon.

There are two parts in this shaped movement; the long and flat area which display time and the rest of the watch which is a barrel-shaped cylinder with a vision to depict an engine. Undoubtedly, the spectacular Bugatti Type 390 transgresses watchmaking conventions and is the representative of a new generation of Bugatti timekeepers.
