Alain Ducasse, the owner of the epnonymous Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester which holds three stars (the top ranking) in the Michelin Guide, is set to open BBR by Alain Ducasse at the refurbished Raffles Hotel in Singapore. This will be the acclaimed French chef’s first Mediterranean sharing and grill concept, and will be located at the iconic destination's 122-year-old Bar & Billiard Room.
