H&M Announces Collaboration with Giambattista Valli
By SENATUS Magazine | 26 May 2019

Swedish retailer H&M announced the news of its collaboration with Italian couturier Giambattista Valli at the amfAR gala in Cannes, with supermodel Kendall Jenner among the first to wear the fast fashion label's capsule collection, a sweeping tulle pink gown.

The look comes with a detachable glamour for maximum glamour, and Jenner accessorised with pearl earrings and silver heels with bows. Her frothy, voluminous gown will be available for sale in 12 selected H&M stores around the world, including London Regent St, from 25 May. It is part of a mini-collection that teases a full launch on 7 November.

"I am excited about this collaboration: H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience," said the Paris-based Valli in a statement. "The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone’s ‘happy moments,’ to help create love stories all around the world."

Since launching his eponymous line in Paris in 2005, Valli has carved out a global reputation for his iconic haute couture, ready-to-wear and accessories. The partnership with H&M marks the creative's first foray into menswear.
