The Cartier 13 Paix Flagship has been a catalyst toward luxury new retail for us at Richemont, and after more than two years of restoration is finally complete. Three architectural firms – Moinard/Bétaille, Studioparisien and Laura Gonzalez – worked together to harmoniously transform the building's six floors. A journey to discover, from the ground floor boutique to the fifth floor where the archives are installed, along with a winter garden and the Residence, a meeting place full of life.
”We are grateful as this project gave us a precious opportunity to grow ourselves, all our métiers (sales, hospitality, experience, operations…) and teams towards a common ambition based on a client-centric approach. One of our major goals has been to elevate the retail network to guarantee that they will operate and resonate coherently with our client engagement ambition,” said Cartier Retail Director Christelle Raffy.
“This sanctuary of Jeanne Toussaint and Louis Cartier was the birthplace of much of Cartier’s aesthetic and creative style, singular and plural, unique and universal, an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the treasures of the past and the future”, Cyrille Vigneron President and CEO of Cartier.
