Crafted in ethical 18-carat white gold, the Chopard Alpine Eagle' Frozen comes in a 36 mm-diameter case, bezel and integrated bracelet, all entirely set with diamonds. The opulence of diamonds is a magnificent exemplification of Chopard's gemsetting expertise faithfully cultivated by the in-house artisans.
765 diamonds totalling 8.28 carats pave the entire timepiece, requiring no less than 20 hours of meticulous work to decorate each timepiece.
"This watch is directly inspired by the Alpine glaciers and the way they brilliantly reflect the sunshine. Each diamond used on this timepiece sparkles like a snowflake that has settled on the mountain tops," said Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Co-President of Chopard as well as Co-Creator of the collection with his son and his father.
The mechanical movement with automatic winding is visible through a sapphire crystal on the back of the watch. The 148-component Chopard 09.01-C calibre provides a power reserve of 42 hours, along with guaranteed reliability of the highest stands.
