With photography by Jack Webb, Miu Miu's Chinese New Year 2025 ad emphasizes light and melody.

The story takes place in Yi Lau Yi, a busy Cantonese tea shop in the center of Beijing, and stars Liu Haocun and Zhao Jinmai as actors and brand ambassadors. As a local three-piece band performs for the New Year's revelers, the area is illuminated by red neon lights. Suddenly, the musicians and other diners disappear, leaving the two to explore the vacant space and playfully create their own party.

The vibrant setting forms a strong backdrop for the festive updates of Miu Miu’s signature pieces that blend whimsy and sophistication. Celebratory and bright, the campaign sees the iconic Miu Miu girl in a distinct new light.
