Dom Pérignon uncorked some of its grandest vintages to pour for the nearly two dozen 250 GTO owners who had gathered near Paris to commemorate the car model’s 50th anniversary and drive their vehicles in a five-day rally along the 17th-century Champagne delivery route from Épernay to Versailles via the Loire Valley.
