By SENATUS Editor | 3 December 2012

Gucci celebrated the grand opening of its Taipei 101 Flagship Store with a charity gala benefitting World Vision Taiwan. Co-chaired by Carol Shen, President of Gucci China, and Ringo Chao, Taipei 101 Senior Executive President, the event marked a philanthropic collaboration between Gucci, Taipei 101 and World Vision Taiwan for the auction of 101 limited edition teddy bears.

To commemorate the occasion, Gucci unveiled an exclusive evening exhibit featuring rare and precious designs on loan from Florence’s Gucci Museo. Guests had the opportunity to view an array of archival evening clutches and red carpet gowns, including a selection of Li Bing Bing’s evening dresses worn at the Cannes Film Festival and the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
