Jean de La Bruyere once said that a bachelor’s life is a “fine breakfast, a flat lunch and a miserable dinner.” Bachelor's Banquet, a new cookbook by Nicholas Lin and Adhika Maxi, proves otherwise. Nick and Max, both ardently passionate about food and black jeans have worked their way up various Michelin starred restaurants in New York City.
After countless hours of collaboration in the kitchen, they have created recipes and captured the basic culinary knowledge that the new-age bachelor needs to know; how to cook up elegant meals to impress.
Recipes cover appetizers, entrees, desserts and a special section with "in-bed-aphrodisiacs", small dishes designed for intimate sharing.
Bachelor's Banquet is now on the best selling shelves of Kinokuniya in Singapore and Periplus all throughout Indonesia.
