The Heavenly King of Korea, Rain also known as Jung Ji Hoon will be holding The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour in Singapore on Sunday, 22 May at 7:00 PM at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
This will be the first live performance in Singapore since 2007 when the Korean superstar last held his concert here.
Besides performing his hit songs from the past nine years of his singing career, Rain will be promoting environmental protection through his concert, reaching out to his fans to conserve the planet's resources.
The Best 2011 Asia Tour features a distinct "green" theme, with a specific eco-conservation message for each country that Rain performs in.
At the Singapore leg, Rain will promote water conservation.
The spectacular 2.5 minutes scene of rain falling in the concert will happen in Singapore Indoor Stadium. Almost 1000 liters of water will need to be used to produce the rain effect.
Rain recently performed in Beijing on 26 March 2011 to a sold-out audience
In an effort to conserve water, the production team will collect the used water and recycle the water for plant watering.
The Best 2011 Rain Asia Tour in Singapore is a massive project jointly organized by J Tune Entertainment and CJ Entertainment from Korea as well as Faith & D Entertainment from Singapore.
