Welsh designer and SENATUS member Elliot J. Frieze based in China at the Raffles Design Institute, first launched his eponymous debut Womenswear and Menswear Collection at London Fashion Week in February 2010.
Fashionistas will remember acclaimed model Jacquetta Wheeler and rock-royalty princess, Amber Le Bon presenting the showcase from the shows 2 years ago.
Elliot has built a loyal following for his designs, with British actress Anna Popplewell who closed his Spring/Summer 2011 fashion show.
With close to a decade under his belt in the fashion industry, Elliot boasts of having co-founded the QASIMI label in August 2007 and dressing supermodels including Yasmin Le Bon, Lily Cole and the legendary Carmen Dell’ Orefice.
In 2012, Elliott is launching his FRIEZE by Elliott J. Frieze label amidst much anticipation from the international fashion community. The Fall/Winter 2012 menswear collection entitled "Britannic Retrospective" pays tribute and celebrates the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, marking 60 years of the reign of the British Monarch, as well as the 2012 Olympic Games being held in London.
There will be 35 looks showcased from the Fall/Winter Collection, which will be unveiled at Shanghai Fashion Week in April -- all of which continues to embody the designer's natural design ethos, celebrating British tailoring entwined with modernity.
Alongside elegant drapery and an amalgamation of textures, Elliott continues to drive the boundaries of classic tailoring. Lambs wool, cashmere, exotic leathers, organza and satin silks embellished with embroidery and semi precious stones together with custom print are key to his collection that celebrates this truly British collection.
