The JetQuay CIP Terminal is an elite, dedicated airport terminal at Singapore's Changi Airport which opened in September 2006. It is available for any passenger travelling in any class, on any commercial flight, arriving, departing or transiting through terminals 1, 2 or 3. 

Passengers who use JetQuay get a personalized service, including check in, immigration and baggage clearance. You need only arrive at the airport one hour before your flight departs, or earlier if you have check in baggage. Our Guest Relations Officers will handle your travel formalities while you make use of the CIP Terminal facilities. 

Facilities include a private spa, gym, private meeting rooms, massage chairs, showers, nap rooms, contemporary art exhibition, cable television and internet access. 

The CIP Terminal is ideal for any traveller who craves effortless travel, for those who are accustomed to superior levels of service, for families, the elderly and small groups, for romantic getaways, for passengers in transit and need a shower and an oasis of calm, or for private jet passengers who traverse through Changi. 

JETQUAY'S SERVICES 

JetQuay's Signature service is the Quayside Service providing exclusive access to the CIP Terminal Facilities with escorted transfer by electric buggy to and from the boarding gate. We also offer a Jetside Service providing guests with access to the CIP Terminal Facilities and Services as well as driving them to and from the aircraft by limousine - the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Our Meet and Assist service, conducted within the main airport terminal, is the Gateway Service. 

QUAYSIDE SERVICE 

Quayside, our signature service, is a personalized service conducted exclusively through the CIP terminal and passengers are escorted to and from the boarding gate/arrival gate by electric buggy 

Service elements - Arrival Service into Singapore: 

  • A Guest Relations Officer meets you at the aero-bridge upon arrival and drives you by electric buggy to the CIP Terminal. You are escorted through a dedicated Immigration and Customs counter and into the CIP Terminal lounge to refresh and relax after your trip whilst our personnel retrieve your baggage 
  • Our team will assist to facilitate your transportation to the city

Service elements - Departure Service from Singapore 

  • Upon departure from Singapore, you drive up to the lobby of the CIP Terminal, where a Guest Relations Officer will meet you and escort you through to the lounge. 
  • A Guest Relations Officer retrieves your baggage from the car and arranges your check in. If you are driving, a valet parks your car. 
  • Our team will attend to your travel formalities while you make use of the CIP Terminal facilities. 
  • A Guest Relations Officer will drive you to the departure gate on our customized electric buggy to board your flight. 

JETSIDE SERVICE 

Jetside is a specialized service for premium commercial passengers that is conducted exclusively through the CIP terminal using limousine transfers via the tarmac. Service elements: 

  • The Jetside service incorporates all the elements of the Quayside service and furthermore includes transportation between the aircraft and CIP Terminal (or vice-versa) by limousine on the tarmac. 
  • With the Jetside service you experience complete privacy and need not go through any of the normal public areas associated with airports. 

GATEWAY SERVICE

Gateway is a meet and assist service conducted in the main terminals on arrival, departure or transit. Service elements:

  • A Guest Relations Officer meets you at the aero-bridge upon arrival, or kerbside upon departure 
  • On arrival, you will be met at the arrival gate, escorted through Immigration, assisted with baggage collection and led through customs to the Arrivals Hall. The Guest Relations Officer will then show you to your preferred choice of transportation.
  • Upon departure, you will be met kerbside by a Guest Relations Officer at the terminal of your departure and assisted to check-in and then escorted through Immigration clearance and guided to your airline's lounge or to the boarding gate.
  • Transit passengers are met at the aero-bridge upon arrival and escorted to the transfer desk, airline lounge or to your connecting flight. 
  • On arrival, you will be met at the arrival gate, escorted through Immigration, assisted with baggage collection and led through customs to the Arrivals Hall. The Guest Relations Officer will then show you to your preferred choice of transportation.
  • Upon departure, you will be met kerbside by a Guest Relations Officer at the terminal of your departure and assisted to check-in and then escorted through Immigration clearance and guided to your airline's lounge or to the boarding gate.
  • Transit passengers are met at the aero-bridge upon arrival and escorted to the transfer desk, airline lounge or to your connecting flight.

  • Business Centre with dedicated PC's with free broadband internet access and personal printer/copier/faxes

  • Private meeting rooms equipped with personal plasma flatscreen televisions, DVD, meeting table and lounge chairs
  • A Boardroom for 14 people which includes refreshments and stationery, if required, in the rental price. The boardroom features a multimedia projector, screen, white board and WIFI internet access. It has a restroom attached.
