Patek Philippe in partnership with retailer Cortina Watch, has re-opened the Patek Philippe boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
Premiering an all-new façade — the first of its kind for Patek Philippe boutiques in Singapore — the revamped store promises to fully immerse watch enthusiasts in the world of the last independent family-owned Genevan watch manufacture. The store’s remarkable frontage, furbished with decorative and grooved stone panels, striking displays, and the largest LED screen in Marina Bay Sands, invites guests into the universe of exceptional watchmaking.
Spanning 262 square metres, the expansive boutique is awash in Patek Philippe’s signature dark wood and beige colourways that echo the prestige and legacy of the company and its timepieces. Akin to every watch by Patek Philippe, the boutique’s spatial design and elegantly appointed interiors are curated and crafted with exceeding attention to detail.
Stepping beyond the store’s engraved glass doors, clients are presented with a fine selection of Patek Philippe timepieces, lined up along the straw marquetry walls. Besides perusing the watches from the displays, guests can also take their time to get more intimately acquainted with the collections, as well as Patek Philippe’s legacy and watchmaking philosophies, courtesy of the thematic animations and interactive iPads to the right of the boutique.
The enduring partnership between Patek Philippe and Cortina Watch is also beautifully expressed throughout the boutique. Journeying through the store, one will be treated to three stunning triptych visuals that decorate its walls. Depicting scenes of the country’s most iconic landmarks, the triptych artworks are based on the three Patek Philippe Singapore edition dome clocks owned by Cortina Watch: the Ref. 1677M ‘Esplanade’, Ref. 20145M-001 ‘Singapore Skyline’, and Ref. 20094M ‘Bay of Singapore’.
