The award celebrates a hotel that delivers a range of personalised services that merges effortlessly with comforting amenities, creating a memorable stay away from home for guests. This accolade comes as a timely nod of the hotel's first year in operation following the reopening post-restoration in 2019, as it delivers new levels of unrivalled comfort and legendary service with an enhanced suite experience, as well as revitalised and reimagined spaces.
