SINGAPORE The Singapore Tyler Print Institute (STPI) held its Annual Gala Dinner 2008 at on 9 May 2008. Themed Casino Royale â€“ Monte Carlo, the gala event was a truly glitzy fundraising affair, with a distinguished guestlist that included family members of the late Henri Matisse, whose works are currently open to the Singapore public for the first-time ever in STPI's blockbuster exhibition of the year, titled Henri Matisse the Master: Works from 1917 â€“ 1952.
A successful auction of artworks - generously donated by STPI artists - was held during the gala dinner with proceeds going to the Children's Cancer Foundation and the upcoming blockbuster exhibition which will be co-presented by Wing Tai
