For the first time, TOM FORD has introduced green into his Private Blend of exquisite luxurious fragrances, revealing a series of classically-inspired yet modern interpretations of the green olfactory family from floral citrus to deepest woods.
Evoking the decadent 70s when green was the definitive note of glamour, Les Extraits Vert is an inspired creation by the designer who by genius or intuition has his finger on the pulse of luxury.
It comes to no surprise that only a few days ago, colour specialist Pantone has announced Kale and Greenery as two of the top 10 dominant colours for the upcoming Spring 2017 season.
Presented in its now-iconic signature Private Blend bottles inspired by perfumers' dark brown apothecary bottles, three unisex fragrances are available in a 50ml flacon, reminiscent and weighty like a marble chess piece.
The 250ml version comes in an extravagant, expertly-crafted 250ml decanter.
Both sizes are topped off with the gold labeling that is synonymous with the ultra-luxe packaging of TOM FORD, along with a richly-textured set-up box.
PRIVATE BLEND VERT D'ENCENS
Aromatic, distinguished and wild, Vert d'Encens is inspired by the Corsican coast, known as the 'Perfumed Isle'.
Smoky incense, pine resin and fir balsam evoke the dense forest and rugged peaks, while delectable heliotrope and woods heighten the grand atmosphere of sea and shadow.

PRIVATE BLEND VERT BOHÈME
Sicilian mandarin and magnolia exude bohemian femininity, exquisitely enhanced with Gustavia Superb, also known as the "Tree of Heaven," famous for its spectacular single blossoms that last for only one day.
This fragrance is Tom Ford's interpretation of green at its most free-spirited.

PRIVATE BLEND VERT DES BOIS
The unique poplar bud extract introduces provocative woods at their most expressive. Further driven by spiked ouzo, alongside olive tree leaves and plum notes brings to mind savory fruit.
The pine-vanillin impressions of lentisque introduce a dichotomy of cool and warmth, while notes of jasmine define the fragrance's white floral heart.
Vert Bois is topped by the spicy woodiness of pepper wood and a dose of critus, closing with oakwood aboluste.
