Ulysse Nardin unveils a limited edition of its Diver Atoll timepiece which captures the allure of the oceans with its stone-cut dial of chrysocolla.
Chrysocolla has been used for jewellery and decorative objects since antiquity. Traditionally associated with themes around communication, understanding, and harmony, its ethereal, calming beauty has also made it a popular stone today for meditation and relaxation.
This precious gemstone now takes centrestage, providing a kaleidoscope of striking blues and turquoises accented with swirls of earthy browns and blacks, conjures visions of tranquil lagoons, vibrant coral reefs and limitless ocean horizons.

The Diver Atoll in 39 mm diameter features a stainless-steel case with polished and satin-brushed finishes, in which 80% of the steel is recycled – a reflection of Ulysse Nardin’s continuing commitment to sustainable practices that’s manifested around the Diver collection.
For additional elegance, the uni-directional rotating bezel is set with 40 diamonds, while a further 11 diamonds adorn the hour indexes, for a total of 0.92 carats. The watch is presented with a sport chic white rubber strap or a white alligator strap.
Water resistant down to 300 meters, it is powered by the automatic movement UN-816, featuring Ulysse Nardin’s revolutionary silicon escapement technology, a cutting-edge material first introduced by the brand in 2001 when the iconic Freak timepiece was launched.
