Babolat Pure Aero x KIA Motors Racquet Bag #2021AustralianOpen

8 February 2021

Babolat has teased the first video of its new Pure Aero racquet bag, made in collaboration with KIA Motors, on occasion of the Australian Open 2021 which begins on 8 February.

The Korean car manufacturer is a lead sponsor of the first Grand Slam of the year for the past 20 years, and has partnered with 20-Grand Slam winner Rafa Nadal for the past 15 years.

The new racquet bag that is launched features design elements from automotive interiors, the new KIA logo, an isothermal compartment, and graphics that show each of the years the Spanish player has won a major title.

There are also strong rumours that the French racket maker is set to release a special edition of Nadal's Pure Aero racquet with the new colorway, which the Mallorcan native had used to triumph at the French Open 2020.
