Another unexpected engagement for Kate! Yesterday The Duchess of Cambridge decided to join Princes William and Harry at the graduation of 150 Coach Core coaching apprentices at West Ham's stadium.

Apprentices from all over the U.K. were honored at West Ham’s football stadium, the former Olympic stadium in London. Five years ago, the Royal Trio set up the Coach Core program on the eve of the 2012 London Games.

The program aims to improve the availability and quality of sports coaching and boost the confidence of 16-24 year olds with limited opportunities. It has had a 98% success rate in getting its graduates into full time employment.

During the visit, William and Kate were presented with West Ham soccer jerseys for 4-year-old Prince George and 2-year-old Princess Charlotte — despite the fact that William cheers for rival team Aston Villa.

Prince William also asked a recently trained swimming coach to help teach George and Charlotte how to swim. Alex Ferrier, 22, said, “I said I might take him up on that!”

Judy Murray, a tennis coach who helped train her son Andy Murray to Grand Slam standard, said of her discussion with Kate: "We were talking about the things you can do with kids when they’re little to help them develop those core skills. They don’t need to be taught by a coach. Parents have got a big role to play in that. The Prince and The Duchess are very sporty, so I’m sure they’ll be keen for their kids to enjoy sport as well." Kate told her that George and Charlotte have been hitting balloons with table tennis bats to practice their tennis skills.

It's lovely to see Kate out "She's better and is keen to do as much as she can. But she's taking it day-to-day in deciding what she can do" — hence the unexpected appearances. The Duchess of Cambridge was back out and about today at the graduation of 150 Coach Core coaching apprentices.

If her jacket/blazer seems familiar it is because she has worn this exact piece but in red earlier this year to an official engagement with the RAF cadets.

•It is the Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini Double-Breasted Twill Blazer, originally £720/$1,040 but now sold out.

Made in Italy, it is described: "Inspired by the work of French designer Jean Bouquin who is famed for dressing the St Tropez jetset in the '60s and style icon Brigitte Bardot. Woven with touches of wool, this twill piece has a double-breasted front, peak lapels and embossed gold buttons. Wear yours with a mini skirt, as styled by the brand."

Kate paired it with an unidentified black turtleneck we have seen a few times, as well as some black skinny jeans.

•Kate debuted some new boots from Russell & Bromley today also. These are their 'Fallon Dry Mid-Zip Chelsea Boot', available for £295/$390 in every size.

They are described: "With elastic detailing and a stack heel, Fallon Dry by Aquatalia is the perfect gaucho-chelsea boot hybrid. Crafted from weather resistant black suede and featuring two zips, they delicately toe the line between smart and casual. Dress down with jeans or style up with a dress and opaques for no nonsense sophistication."

•For earrings, Kate had on her Kiki McDonough 'Lauren Yellow Gold Pave Diamond Leaf Earrings' that she has worn many times (£1,833/$2,420).
