Sephora has announced the upcoming opening of its first ‘Store of Future’ concept in Asia at Raffles City on 23 September.
The concept store spans 426sqm, and features three main touchpoints – space, people, and technology. There are several interactive and experience areas for customers to test the products, including The Play Table, The Care Table, The Skincare Lounge, and The Beauty School.
Sephora Store of the Future introduces individualised experiences, such as Perk By Hydrafacial, Hair Consultation, and Dry Styling Hair Service. The concept store also offers additional services, such as Skincredible, a dermatologist-recommended skin analysis app that helps users understand their skin and receive skincare advice.
