THOUSANDS of music fans flocked to the city’s two-day Chester Rocks festival over the weekend. The event, which took place at the Roodee racecourse, saw fans enjoy a wide variety of acts from lunchtime to late at night.
Performers including The Fifth Movement, The Fallows and The Courtneerers thrilled audiences on Saturday, with other celebrated acts including Pixie Lott and Labrinth taking to the stage on Sunday.
The popular event, which is in its second year, is quickly establishing itself on the region’s festival map, with tickets having been snapped up quickly ever since the show was first announced in March.
