By SENATUS News | 29 September 2012

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of James Bond on film, Christie’s are holding an auction of Bond memorabilia from the archives of EON Productions.

Posters, set models and Daniel Craig's swim trunks are among items up for grabs in an auction of memorabilia from the James Bond movies. The most expensive is an Aston Martin that was driven by Craig in "Quantum of Solace." It is valued at 100,000 to 150,000 pounds ($160,000-$230,000).

Forty lots are to be offered at an online-only auction from 28 Spetember to 8 October 2012. A further 10 lots are offered by invitation-only at the auction house 5 October 2012.

All the proceeds are to benefit 12 charitable foundations.
