Pierre Frapin Cuvee 1888 Grand Cru Cognac Lead Bonhams Fine and Rare Wine Sale
By SENATUS News | 28 November 2012

Bottled in a limited edition crystal glass decanter, decorated by a 24 carat gold spiral and stopper, this rare Pierre Frapin Cuvee 1888 Grand Cru Cognac pays tribute to its founder Pierre Frapin who in 1888 selected the cuvée which won the Gold Medal at the ‘Exhibition Universelle’ in Paris in 1889. Made by renowned Cristalleries Royales de Champagne, the delicate crystal glass decanter is accompanied by a wooden presentation cabinet within which you’ll find a drawer containing a replica 1888 gold-plated pocket watch, filled with Pierre Frapin perfume, designed to enhance the Cognac tasting experience.
