Former football superstar David Beckham, has signed a deal with Las Vegas Sands, which also owns the properties of Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and in Macau, the Sands China Ltd holdings of the Cotai Strip, Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Sands Cotai Central, Sands Macao and the Venetian Macao.
The news was made at a press conference held on Friday at the Venetian Macao, as a buildup to the boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios set to take place this coming Sunday morning on 24 November 2013.
On the new spokesperson role for Las Vegas Sands in Asia, which will involve promoting the development of dining, retail and leisure concepts, Beckham revealed, "The Sands team has created amazing resorts in Singapore and Macau."
