Perrier-Jouët, the prestigious Epernay-based producer of Champagne famous for its Cuvée Belle Epoque and the Flower Bottle Champagne, has launched its first salon in Singapore and the first in South East Asia, in collaboration with The Mansion located in Pacific Plaza next to Shaw Centre and right opposite the Hyatt Hotel.

Opening on 31 July, the salon joins BEIGE restaurant by Alain Ducasse in Tokyo and Parfum French Restaurant in Beijing as one of three Perrier-Jouët Salons in Asia.

Guests can experience Perrier-Jouët champagnes in an intimate and elegant setting at The Mansion, as the only location in Singapore to offer Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque champagne by the glass.

Combining the artistic heritage of the Maison Perrier-Jouët and the modern interpretation with current artist collaborator Tord Boontje, the theme of the salon is ‘The Enchanted Garden’.

The iconic Japanese anemones created by Art Nouveau artist Emile Gallé in 1902, which continues to adorn the exquisite and prestigious Belle Epoque cuvees today, is the main inspiration for the design of the salon.

Sitting on prime area within The Mansion, a stunning gold floral cut out chandelier inspired by Tord Boontje’s ‘The Enchanting Tree’ for Perrier-Jouët, together with French style lamps mounted against mirrors, set the mood for the salon.

The Perrier-Jouët Salon is open daily from 10am to 2am from Sunday to Thursday, and 10am to 3am on Friday and Saturday.

The Mansion serves as a destination spot for meals and chinwag in the comforts of a partially al fresco street level space and mezzanine that is lushly decked out for more intimate meets and music.
