Located at Holiday Inn Orchard in Singapore, Sushi Kou is helmed by two-Michelin-starred (2018-2019) Chef Yoshio Sakuta. The Japanese Omakase Sushi restaurant offers the traditional 'Edo-style' sushi, with chef Sakuta offering the freshness and naturally rich flavours of Earth’s bounty from both sea and land.
Sushi Kou's premium ingredients are air-flown directly from Toyosu Market, Japan, where they work closely with trusted independent farmers and suppliers across Japan’s different prefectures.
The attention to detail and strong relationship with producers ensures that Sushi Kou is able to deliver exceedingly consistent quality for a dining experience unlike no other. The subtle, yet definitive element of any omakase sushi restaurant, Sushi Kou’s sushi rice is delicately polished and marinated with a harmonious combination of different types of salt and vinegar for the perfect textured rice.
It is now also the first restaurant in the country to offer Fleur de Miraval, the champagne label owned by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Rarely available in Singapore, the exclusive rosé champagne with only 20,000 bottles produced.

"But rosé champagne is still relatively unknown. Backed by our success with Miraval in Provence, I wanted to try to create the defining brand of rosé Champagne, focusing all our efforts on just this one color."
Fleur de Miraval rose is a blend of 75 per cent Chardonnay and 25 per cent Pinot Noir, aged in a cellar for three years before release. It was made using the old-world saignee method, which bleeds off a portion of the pressed juice after it has been in contact with the skins and seeds to give the rose champagne an aromatic profile.
